I’m Mitali – I create meaningful experiences through design.

I'm a UX designer working with startups and freelancing across industries.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology & Health Science from York University, where I developed a deep understanding of human behavior, cognition, and patterns. This curiosity about how people think and interact naturally led me to UX design, where I apply research-driven insights to craft seamless, user-centered experiences. I’ve refined my skills through the Google UX Certificate and Humber Polytechnic’s UX Design program, working on intuitive interfaces, optimized workflows, and research-focused projects.

I’m drawn to design because it allows me to blend empathy, creativity, and strategy to solve real problems. I love exploring how digital products can improve lives, whether through thoughtful interactions or innovative experiences that anticipate users’ needs.

Outside of design, I spend time experimenting in the kitchen and sharing my creations on Instagram. I enjoy staying active—running, taking workout classes, or going on quick road trips—and I find inspiration in good music, books, and discovering new ways to fuel my creativity.
