Cracked AI
Rapid site audit for a multi-feature AI platform
Project Overview
Cracked AI is a creative AI platform that allows users to generate custom avatars, reels, and carousels using artificial intelligence. The platform is designed to be intuitive for creators looking to quickly produce engaging digital content.
Project Goal
The client was preparing for launch and wanted a rapid assessment of the site’s usability to ensure a smooth experience for both new and returning users. As a researcher, my goal was to ensure users can easily navigate the platform, use core features (avatar, reels, carousel generators), and complete the intended flows without confusion.

Research Process
1. Understand the brief
2. Explore the platform
3. Identify issues
4. Provide recommendations
Identifying issues
I began the audit by identifying all usability issues throughout the main user flow, both on web and mobile. For each issue, I attached screenshots with numbered flags, as per the client’s request. This approach kept all the information organized, ensured no issues were overlooked at any step, and made it easy for the development team to reference and prioritize fixes efficiently.
My recomendations
After identifying all the issues, I organized the data and brainstormed several potential solutions for each one. I then categorized the issues based on priority, highlighting which fixes were critical and needed immediate attention versus those that could be addressed later. This structure gave the developers a clear roadmap, allowing them to focus on high-impact improvements first—especially important given the approaching launch date—while less urgent issues could be tackled in subsequent updates.
Results
By the end of the day, I had delivered a comprehensive, organized audit covering both web and mobile experiences. The developers received a clear, prioritized roadmap of issues and actionable solutions, making it easy for them to focus on the high-impact fixes first. This not only ensured that the platform was launch-ready but also gave the team confidence that even the less critical issues could be addressed in future updates without disrupting the user experience. Seeing the audit translate into real improvements across the site highlighted how a focused, user-centered review can make a meaningful impact—especially when time is tight.
